+The quote we provide covers all known costs at the time of booking: flight hours, crew, standard catering and landing fees. However, certain costs can only be confirmed closer to or after the flight — including de-icing in winter conditions, extended crew overnight stays, damage to the aircraft, or unusually high handling fees at specific airports. We always flag these possibilities upfront and aim to minimise surprises, but we believe in being transparent: a charter quote is a very accurate estimate, not always a fixed ceiling. How quickly can you arrange a flight?
