How We Protect
Every Passenger
As an independent broker, we don't operate aircraft — which means our only job is to find you the safest, most suitable option. We have no commercial incentive to use one operator over another. Safety always wins.
Operator Verification
Every operator in our network holds a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued by a recognised civil aviation authority — EASA, FAA, or equivalent. We verify this before every booking. No exceptions.
Aircraft Certification
All aircraft are maintained in accordance with EASA or FAA airworthiness directives. We only source aircraft with up-to-date maintenance records, valid certificates of airworthiness, and properly licensed crews.
Independent Selection
Because we hold no fleet, we have no aircraft to fill. We source the best-matched aircraft for each specific mission — never the most commercially convenient one. Your safety is never compromised by our business interests.
Insurance Coverage
All flights arranged through Prime Jet Brokerage are covered by comprehensive aviation liability insurance held by the operating carrier. We verify coverage before every booking and can provide documentation upon request.

Air Operator Certificate
Every operator must hold a current AOC from a recognised authority. This certifies their right to conduct commercial air transport operations and confirms ongoing regulatory oversight.
EASA Compliance
For all European operations, we work exclusively with operators compliant with the European Union Aviation Safety Agency regulations — the most stringent aviation framework in the world.
FAA Standards
For transatlantic and US operations, we source operators certified under Federal Aviation Administration standards and Part 135 or Part 121 air carrier certification.
Maintenance Records
We verify that every aircraft has current maintenance documentation, including valid airworthiness directives, logbooks, and scheduled maintenance compliance before every booking.
Crew Qualification
Pilots must hold valid type ratings for the aircraft operated, current medical certificates, and have fulfilled all recency requirements — checked per booking, not assumed.
Insurance Verification
All operators carry aviation liability insurance at or above the minimum required by the competent aviation authority. We verify coverage for each flight prior to confirmation.

Every booking goes through the same structured verification process — regardless of how urgent or last-minute your request is.
Operator Shortlisting
We identify operators with aircraft that match your mission — route, passengers, dates, preferences. Only AOC-certified operators make the shortlist.
Safety & Certification Check
We confirm the operator's AOC status, aircraft airworthiness certificate, insurance coverage, and crew qualifications for the specific aircraft and date.
Quote & Documentation
You receive a transparent quote including the operator's full name, aircraft registration, and all-in pricing. No hidden fees, no vague references to "applicable charges".
Booking Confirmation
Upon confirmation, we issue a charter agreement with the operating carrier. You receive all flight details, handling information, and our direct contact for the day of travel.
Day-of Monitoring
On the day of your flight, our team monitors your booking from departure to arrival. We stay reachable by WhatsApp and phone throughout the entire operation.
Prime Jet Brokerage acts exclusively as an air charter broker. We are not an air carrier and do not operate aircraft. All flights are operated by independent EASA or FAA-certified air carriers holding valid Air Operator Certificates. Prime Jet Brokerage is not affiliated with Prime Jet (aircraft operator) or any other aviation operator.
