Safety is the foundation of every charter we arrange. This page explains the standards every operator, aircraft, and crew must meet before Prime Jet Brokerage will work with them.
Prime Jet Brokerage only arranges charters through operators holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued under EASA regulation, or the equivalent national authority for ground and helicopter operators. Safety is never compromised for price or convenience.
Before working with any aircraft, helicopter, or ground transport operator, we verify their operating certificate, insurance coverage, and safety record. We work exclusively with EASA-certified operators for fixed-wing and rotary-wing charters.
Operators must maintain their aircraft, helicopters, and vehicles in accordance with manufacturer schedules and applicable civil aviation or road transport regulations, with complete and up-to-date maintenance records.
Pilots operating flights we arrange hold current licences and type ratings appropriate to the aircraft flown, and meet minimum experience and recurrent training requirements set by their operator and civil aviation authority. Chauffeurs for ground transport are professionally trained and, where applicable, security-vetted for high-profile or sensitive transfers.
Where available, we give preference to operators holding independent safety accreditation from recognised industry bodies such as ARGUS International, Wyvern, or IS-BAO (International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations), in addition to their mandatory regulatory certification.
All operators we work with are required to hold liability insurance meeting or exceeding the minimum levels required by applicable aviation and transport regulation for the type of operation and passenger capacity involved.
We monitor our operator network on an ongoing basis and will not book with an operator whose certification, insurance, or safety standing has lapsed or come into question.
