Private Jet
to Las Vegas.
Private aviation is not a luxury in Las Vegas. It is the only sensible option.
During major events — Formula 1, boxing title fights, New Year's Eve, the NFL Draft — McCarran's commercial terminals become unusable for anyone who values their time. Henderson Executive Airport and the private terminal at Harry Reid handle the city's private traffic with the efficiency that Las Vegas demands: fast in, fast out, no friction.
We arrange Las Vegas arrivals for clients who are there for the fight, the race, the residency, or a private poker game. We also coordinate the logistics beyond the flight — ground transport, venue access, hotel connections. Las Vegas is a city where the right contact at the right time makes the difference between an average trip and an extraordinary one.

Questions about
flying to Las Vegas.
Which airport should I use for a private jet to Las Vegas?
Henderson Executive is our standard recommendation — no commercial traffic, efficient handling, and a straightforward 25-minute drive to the Strip. Harry Reid's private terminal is the closest to the hotels but handles more volume. For very small aircraft or turboprops, North Las Vegas is also an option.
Can I get a helicopter transfer from the airport to my hotel?
Yes, and it is one of the most efficient ways to arrive during peak event periods. Helicopter transfers from Henderson Executive to Strip hotel helipads take under 10 minutes and completely bypass ground traffic.
When should I book in advance for Las Vegas?
Formula 1, New Year's Eve, major boxing events and the Super Bowl create enormous demand for private aircraft. We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance for any of these dates. Aircraft near Las Vegas during peak events are among the first to fill in the entire US market.
Can I fly non-stop from Europe to Las Vegas?
Yes, on ultra-long-range aircraft. London or Paris to Las Vegas is approximately 10 to 11 hours on a Gulfstream G650 or Bombardier Global 7500.
Is Las Vegas a good source of empty legs?
Very much so. The volume of private traffic into and out of Las Vegas during events generates significant repositioning flights. We monitor these regularly and can match clients with suitable legs that fit their return schedule.
